 As a Therapist serving the community of Louisville, Kentucky and surrounding areas, it is my belief that everything we touch has an impact on how we view the past, behave in the present and prepare for the future. The goal of counseling is to explore the journey of life, because at times it can be a lonely and frustrating walk, leading to feelings of helplessness and hopelessness. No matter what you are experiencing, whether depression, anxiety, or grief, there is hope.
